We are set up as a complete coffee shop on wheels, so we can serve a variety of high-quality beverages, including espresso-based coffee drinks, cold brew, matcha and chai, artisan tea blends, fruit smoothies, blended drinks (our Blendy Bevs are similar to milkshakes), hot chocolates, Italian sodas, and handcrafted energy drinks.

We can provide for custom requests, modified menus for private events, and special event accommodations for your hosted catering event. Public and attendee-pay events we typically serve from our standard menu.

In addition to our standard menu offerings, Hot Bevs is very flexible and accommodating when it comes to event customization. For private events, we can work with you to create customized menus that fit your event's theme, guest preferences, or dietary needs. We can provide all-vegan menus, focus on specific beverage categories, and create themed drinks for your event. Yes, pastries and donuts are available as add-ons for events.

While Hot Bevs primarily focuses on beverages, we can offer freshly baked pastries and donuts as an add-on option to your event. These include traditional, vegan, and gluten-free options to accommodate various dietary preferences. Our pastries and sweets complement our beverage service perfectly for breakfast events, office gatherings, or any occasion where guests would appreciate a sweet treat alongside their drinks. For hosted events, pastries are charged as an add-on, and any leftover items would be left with you upon completion of the event.

Yes, we work with specialty bakeries for our vegan menu options and we can accommodate various dietary preferences.

Hot Bevs is happy to be able to offer several dietary-friendly options including vegan beverages and an all-vegan menu option for events. Our pastry options include vegan and gluten-free selections. For private events, we can customize menus to accommodate specific dietary needs and preferences. Our fruit smoothies and tea options are gluten-free, and naturally vegan/plant-based, and we can always prepare drinks with alternative milk options. Please note that due to our small working space, we cannot guarantee that inadvertent cross contamination will not occur. We also cannot guarantee anything on behalf of our bakery partners as we source those items from an outside bakery.

We rotate two standard menus per year: Spring/Summer (March-August) and Fall/Winter (September-February). We also offer seasonal capsule menus, monthly specials, and we can tailor a menu to fit your specific event, such as all-vegan, holiday-themed, and custom themed menus and drink names.

We like variety and we like to try new things, so we keep our offerings fresh and exciting by rotating our menu seasonally. With our monthly specials, capsule menus, and our highly anticipated Festive Menu released every December, it’s impossible to get bored with Hot Bevs!
