Hot Bevs Coffee truck is primarily a beverage catering truck, but we can serve at any outdoor event that allows food trucks. We specialize in corporate events, large-scale events, off-site production sets, festivals, small business events, public events, private parties, school and community events and other public markets.

Hot Bevs is the perfect set up for any outdoor event or production. We can provide a menu with a great variety of gourmet beverages to appeal to any crowd, and our large capacity allows us to handle a variety of events of any size with ease. Events can be hosted (pre-paid) or be set up as attendee-pay events, or a combination of both. Some examples of typical events are:

A Coffee Pop Up event is what we call a one-time or infrequent event where our truck opens at a pre-planned location for a short service duration, usually 60 minutes.

Imagine a bright yellow coffee shop on wheels pulling up to your school, office building, or other organized event to serve drinks right where you are-- that's a Coffee Pop Up! These events can be hosted or attendee-pay. It requires the organizer to advertise the pop-up to ensure people are aware the truck will be serving there with details such as where and when. Usually, this type of booking works well at schools, office complexes, and community events and can be combined with our fundraising option if your organization is a registered non-profit.

Hot Bevs is an outdoor service provider, as we work within, and serve directly from, our mobile beverage truck.

Hot Bevs Coffee & Tea Co. is a mobile coffee and beverage truck that is specifically designed for outdoor venues and events. We do not have any indoor carts, table-tops or indoor service options. We can serve at events that are held indoors, but we recommend that you consider positioning our truck at the entrance to your venue, so people can still easily access our services.

Hot Bevs Coffee & Tea Co. is a mobile service, so we do have a wide service areas. We serve all of San Diego County, and we do consider events outside of our service area in other counties if the event meets certain criteria. It certainly doesn’t hurt to ask! Whether you're in coastal communities, inland areas, North County, South Bay, or East County, we can come to you. Our mobility and flexibility allows us to provide for almost any event location across the entire county.

We are completely self-contained with power and water. Our on-board kitchens are powered by rechargeable lithium batteries, so there is no generator noise or fumes from our trucks.

We are easy to work with and perfect for locations with no kitchen or foodservice facilities available.
