Hot Bevs Coffee Trucks are 24’ long x 9’ high x 8’ wide. When determining set-up for your event, we typically request roughly 30 feet in order to be able to maneuver in and out.

In most cases, all you would need to provide is a large, level, outdoor surface with enough space for the truck to park.

Our trucks are completely self-contained with power and water, so in most cases, all you would need to provide is a large, level, outdoor surface with enough space for the truck to park. When deciding where to have the truck park to serve your guests, choose a space that is away from oncoming traffic so your guests can safely gather to order and get their drinks. We also prefer not to park in handicap parking spaces or at red emergency curbs. Hot Bevs also requires from the organizer, access to a restroom for our staff during the event.

Hot Bevs provides all necessary serving wares such as cups, lids, napkins, sleeves and straws. We provide one trash can next to our truck. Depending on your event size, and if you have multiple vendors, you may need to provide more trash receptacles. For most standard events, we work within, and serve directly from, our truck. We do not provide any tents, tables or chairs, but you are welcome to do so if you would like to provide seating options for your guests during your event.

Besides our bright yellow modern pop vibe, Hot Bevs offers one of the most extensive menu selections available on a coffee truck with seasonal options and customizable menus. We use gourmet, high-quality ingredients, and our service is fun and engaging.

Hot Bevs stands out through our menu variety and flexibility. Unlike many coffee trucks with small or limited menus, we offer a complete coffee shop experience with gourmet ingredients including espresso drinks (hot and iced), artisan loose leaf teas, handcrafted plant-based energy drinks, fruit smoothies, and blended drinks (our Blendy Bevs are similar to milkshakes!). We rotate two standard menus per year: Spring/Summer (March-August) and Fall/Winter (September-February). We also offer seasonal capsule menus, monthly specials, and we can tailor a menu to fit your specific event, such as all-vegan, holiday-themed, and custom themed menus and drink names. Our trademark bright yellow modern-pop vibe is always met with big smiles and creates a fun, engaging atmosphere. Our branding is playful, but we are all business when it comes to efficient service and delivering a successful event for our clients.

Our catering trucks are available for private hosted events on a 24/7 basis. Attendee-pay and public service events are a bit more limited. We do not have a brick-and-mortar location, so we do not have “regular business hours” like a typical coffee shop.

Hot Bevs is available to serve at your hosted catering event any time of the day or night. Our flexible availability allows for us to serve early morning production sets, employee appreciation events during swings at medical offices, off-site corporate events, afternoon gatherings, and late-night functions for sober crowds. We do our best to accommodate unique catering events! Be aware that certain service times such as late-night, crazy-early morning start times, and certain holiday dates will incur a special service fee.

Hot Bevs doesn’t have a regular service location, and although we do book our truck at public events, those are less frequent that private events on our schedule.

As a mobile beverage truck, Hot Bevs doesn't have a fixed location – we’re always on the move! Hot Bevs Coffee & Tea Co. is a conversation starter because some people might assume we only serve our drinks hot, while others assume that the owner is maybe a hot old lady named Bev. Those people would be wrong, but the word HOT can mean so many things! Maybe we’re trending, maybe we’re under pressure, maybe it’s 90 degrees outside, or maybe our beverages are in high demand right now?

Hot Bevs is cool coffee and we serve it how you want it-- hot, iced or blended. Our trucks are a complete coffee shop on wheels, bringing quality, handcrafted beverages directly to you. Locally owned and operated since 2020, our bright yellow truck has become well-known and loved around town as San Diego’s Favorite Beverage Truck!
